Shipping & Delivery

All our orders are processed and delivered within 4 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that the time is dependent on product availability and processing times might vary based on seasonality and product launches. 

Unless otherwise specified a flat fee will be charged based on location. Our delivery option prices are as below: 

1. UGX 2,000 within the Central Business District i.e. Kololo, Nakasero, Central Business Area, Bukoto, Kamwokya and Makerere

2. UGX 4,000 within the areas surrounding the Central Business District i.e. Muyenga, Naguru, Ntinda (before Ministers Village), Wandegeya, Kitintale, Kabalagala, Kansanga etc. 

3. UGX 6,000 for areas further out than areas listed in 2 above i.e. Namugongo, Kira, Sseta, Buwate, Kireka, Ntinda (after Ministers Village) etc. 

Please let us know where you are and we shall inform you of the fee for your area. 

Our warehouse will always work hard to process and dispatch your orders on time but there may sometimes be factors outside of our control, which means your delivery is longer. In the unlikely circumstances that you have not received your order within the time period, please contact our customer service team who aim to respond back to all queries within 2-3 working days and will be happy to assist you further

We are happy to deliver all around Uganda, however due to distance, delivery times and prices might vary. 

Our warehouse will always work hard to process and dispatch your orders on time but there may sometimes be factors outside of our control, which means your delivery is longer. In the unlikely circumstances that you have not received your order within the time period, please contact our customer service team who aim to respond back to all queries within 2 working days and will be happy to assist you further. 

All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days after the order has been processed. For orders outside of East Africa, please contact the customer service team for detailed information on pricing. 

Please note: Deliveries outside of Uganda might incur additional import charges, Bubbles and Balms is not responsible for ensuring the charges are paid and this is not included in the delivery fee. 

Returns & Exchanges

At Bubbles and Balms, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our handcrafted items and for the safety and well-being of all our customers, we have a limited Returns and Exchanges policy.

Faulty or Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our Customer Support team at help@bubblesandbalms.shop within 5 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund promptly.

Non-Returnable Items: Considering the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in personal preference, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality.

How to Initiate a Return: If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at help@bubblesandbalms.shop within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide detailed information about the issue, including your order number and clear photos of the product showcasing the defect.

Our team will assess your request and guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

Refund or Replacement: Upon confirmation of a product defect, we will either issue a refund for the purchase amount or send a replacement item, depending on your preference and product availability.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more details. 

Yes, this is completely normal! Our body butters are packed with natural ingredients and variations in temperature may cause them to solidify. Simply warm the product between your hands and leave it in a slightly warmer environment to return it to its delightful, creamy state. 

Absolutely! Our products are carefully formulated to provide gentle care for children with sensitive skin, including those prone to eczema. In fact that’s how the brand got started. We avoid harsh chemicals and prioritize natural ingredients to ensure the well-being of your child’s skin. 

Currently we accept Cash, Mobile Money and Direct Bank Transfer. We shall be adding more payment methods as we expand.
